Counselling and psychotherapy
Life brings a wide range of challenges—and support can make all the difference. At Wildflowers Therapy, I offer trauma-informed counselling and psychotherapy for people of all ages and abilities, grounded in compassion, respect, and a holistic approach to wellbeing.
Whether you're navigating stress, mental health concerns, life transitions, or seeking support to better understand yourself, counselling offers a safe, non-judgmental space to explore what matters most to you.
Common issues explored in counselling include:
Grief and loss
Relationship challenges
Sex, sexuality, or gender identity concerns
Managing stress and anxiety
Setting and achieving personal goals
Mental health struggles
Making positive life changes
Navigating life transitions (e.g., new baby, separation, divorce, or loss of a loved one)
Work and career concerns
Parenting difficulties
Addiction and substance use
Healing from abuse
Processing trauma
Low self-esteem or self-worth
These are just some of the areas we may explore together. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, background, and goals—whether you're an adult seeking change, a young person looking for clarity, or someone needing support through complex life events.
My aim is to empower you to build resilience, emotional awareness, and self-trust. Using a person-centred, strengths-based approach, I support clients to reconnect with themselves and move toward greater wellbeing—at their own pace.
