Give your teen the gift of therapy, and help them blossom into their full potential.

Support for teens

The teenage years are a time of growth, discovery, and often, emotional overwhelm. From academic pressure and friendship dynamics to body image, identity, and navigating a digital world—teens today face a lot.

At Wildflowers, I offer trauma-informed, person-centred therapy to support young people through these challenges. My approach is gentle, flexible, and responsive to each teen’s individual needs, helping them build emotional regulation, confidence, and healthy coping strategies for life.

Teens may benefit from support with:

  • Anxiety, stress or low mood

  • Self-esteem and identity issues

  • School and peer pressures

  • Family conflict

  • Emotional regulation and behavioural concerns

  • Trauma or significant life changes

I integrate a range of modalities including nature-based therapy, creative approaches, and where appropriate, Walk & Talk sessions, which allow therapy to take place in a more relaxed outdoor setting—often making it easier for teens to open up.

Above all, I focus on building trust, meeting teens where they’re at, and guiding them toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and wellbeing.

Every wildflower needs the right conditions to thrive—reach out now to support your teen’s growth.
